Open Folio inside Shopify to load your files and current plan.Refresh files and attachmentsEach file can be up to 25 MiB. Supported formats: PDF, UTF-8 plain text, and ZIP packages containing only PDF or TXT documents. Encrypted files and nested ZIPs are not supported. Files remain private and cannot be delivered until their scan passes. Pending and blocked uploads use a file slot and storage until cleanup completes. Unscanned uploads expire after seven days.  Review delivery attempts and email-provider receipts for digital purchases. A delivered email does not confirm that the buyer downloaded the file. Unconfirmed or failed sends need review before any manual follow-up.
